Soo.. I've taken a new and fabulous leap into the world of piano/vocal performances, or as I call it "piano voice". I used to play the piano when I was younger and now it's about time I picked it up again to start accompanying myself!
...They Say The First Time Is Always The Hardest..
I had my first Piano Voice performance at an event called Sunday Live Lounge last Sunday. It was held at the Power Lunches venue in Dalston and was an AWESOME night. Check out this short little clip!

That's an easy question! It would have to be ASA’s Beautiful Imperfection. I stumbled across this lovely lady's Album by random browsing on YouTube a while back and instantly fell in love! I love the simplicity of her music, and the beauty of her voice. This album has 13 tracks that could keep me relaxed for decades.
Happy Listening!

The Stuggle To Depart

Read Now

In the first edition of Question Time I was asked about my EP, Acoustic Emotions. I introduced the journey of the EP briefly  and announced that I would be talking more about each of individual track at a later time, and the time is now!
First up is "Can't I Just?"
"Can't I Just?" gets into the character of a person who feels like they've been placed in a box. Not physically, but by being emotionally tied down by another person's perception of what and how they should be. The character is pleading  for the permission to live, breathe, and think on their own.

Currently in reflection mode, looking back at and thinking about how great my 2013 ended. I feel so privileged to of found so much love and support from everyone and I will always be grateful. If you told me 3 years ago that I'd be releasing my solo EP in 2013, I would of laughed out loud, but it's actually became reality!

My thought to leave with you has definitely got to be: Never Say Never. Anything is possible. And if you can close your eyes hard enough to imagine it, you can work hard enough to achieve it!

Have a successful 2014 :-)
